My clients are often thoughtful, self-aware people who have done everything they know how to do to feel better, but still find themselves anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or repeating the same frustrating patterns in their relationships. Therapy for Humans Who Want Healthy, Happy Relationships

At Laurel Haven Counseling, I saw a need for therapy that goes beyond symptom management and helps clients understand the deeper patterns driving anxiety, self-doubt, emotional overwhelm, and relationship challenges. Many people are highly self-aware and capable, yet still find themselves repeating the same cycles. My approach helps bridge the gap between insight and lasting change by addressing the emotional, relational, and nervous system patterns beneath the surface.

It is my mission to support clients in developing insight, emotional regulation, and self-trust within a calm and affirming therapeutic environment. Through collaborative, evidence-based care, clients create meaningful change and move from survival toward intentional, connected living. My vision is to inspire growth, clarity, and emotional freedom through connection—where repair feels possible, hope is restored, and resilience is cultivated across the lifespan.
